Privacy Policy
How WILLOW Indigenous Community Services Ltd. collects, uses, and protects personal information. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect. When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, the audience category you select, and your message. If you opt in to our newsletter, we retain your email address for that purpose. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and conduct discovery calls, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send the quarterly Willow-ICS Insights newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Where it lives. Inquiry and booking information is stored in our client-relationship and scheduling systems, which are operated by third-party service providers under their own security safeguards. Calendar bookings are synchronized with our business calendar.
Consent and withdrawal. Consent for commercial electronic messages is managed in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us directly; withdrawal is processed promptly.
Confidentiality. All client and prospective-client communications are treated as confidential. Willow-ICS does not name clients or discuss engagements publicly without explicit permission.
Access and correction. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting dolson@willow-ics.ca or 204-513-0083.
