Strategic advisory and document production engagements are typically structured as project-specific or retainer-based engagements. Many are eligible for federal or provincial capacity-building program funding. Engagements may also be fee-for-service. Because this pillar involves Darrel's direct advisory work, capacity is limited — engagements are taken on selectively based on fit and availability. Every engagement is scoped individually.

Pricing is not published. Engagements are scoped and priced based on the specific need, the funding pathway, and the client's direction. A discovery call is the right place to discuss budget and scope.
